Integrity and compliance management is the cornerstone of sustainable development and the lifeline of an enterprise. In order to ensure the sustainable development of the company and practice the core values of "customer-centered, innovation, modesty, integrity, cooperation and responsibility", XX Group has formulated the "integrity and compliance plan", which requires all subordinate companies, all employees and business partners to abide by.

Our pillar

In order to ensure that our integrity and compliance program is strong, efficient and feasible, it establishes the following three pillars:

First pillar - our rules

The code of integrity, compliance and business conduct and the systems adopted by the group and its subsidiaries at all levels to implement the code.

Employees and business partners at all levels should strictly abide by the code and system in performing their duties and business contacts, act according to the highest legal, ethical and professional standards, and consciously eliminate any misconduct;

The second pillar -- risk management and evaluation system

The system aims to identify the existing or potential threats related to illegal or improper behavior, determine the priority and assign responsibilities. It is composed of three layers of prevention mode: operation management, legal, compliance, finance, human and operation control, supply chain, quality control and informatization and group audit department.

Pillar 3 - integrity and compliance program working group

The compliance department of the group has full autonomy, resources and independence, works closely with the legal department and the board of supervisors, and is actively supported by the audit department, the finance, human resources and operation control, supply chain, quality control and information technology departments of the subordinate companies, so as to implement, supervise, evaluate and improve the integrity and compliance plan.

For the effective implementation of the integrity and compliance program, we will take the following actions:

Response and correction:

After the occurrence of misconduct, the compliance department should put forward punishment suggestions, make appropriate disclosure, improve the integrity and compliance program, and carry out additional training to deal with and correct the misconduct.
